01What we collect
Account details from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile image. We do not receive or store your Google password.
The questions you ask, the spreads you choose, the cards you draw, and the readings you keep in your journal, so that a reading can be continued or revisited later.
Billing records for membership: the plan, the amount, the currency, the payment provider and the resulting subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Basic technical data such as your browser type, device type and IP address, used to keep the service working and to prevent abuse.
02How we use it
To sign you in, keep your journal and reading history, and check whether an active membership exists for your account.
To process membership payments and to answer support requests.
To improve the product, for example by understanding which spreads are used and where the reading flow is confusing.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your questions for advertising.
03Tarot readings and AI
A reading is generated from the question you provide, the spread you choose and the cards you draw. It is an interpretation for reflection, not a statement of fact about your future.
Do not include information you would not want stored, such as government identifiers, health records or another person’s private details.
04Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: an authentication provider, a payment provider, a hosting provider and an email provider.
We may disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of users.
05Retention and your choices
Account data and journal entries are kept while your account is open. You can delete individual readings from your journal, and you can ask us to delete your account.
Billing records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

06Cookies
We use the cookies required for sign-in sessions and for remembering your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
07Children
Mystic X is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
08Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the product.
